CSR as Resilience
Corporate Social Responsibility, or CSR, has brought us a long way towards a sort of subjective form of sustainability. As responsibility builds a moral compass so we now need to make fundamental changes to lifestyles and our way of working.
This dreadful pandemic has shown us that if we switch off the economic lifeline that so many of us need we will never reach sustainability. We need people, we need economies and we need change.
To this end we have purposed, for a long time, the idea to move the concept of CSR from the responsibility model to a contemporary one of Corporate Social Resilience (CSR); to:
